Job Requirements
- Ability to work weekends is essential
- must have two years experience as a wedding planner or event planner
- must have strong communication skills and be detail oriented
- must have reliable transportation
- must be able to carry and lift 30 lbs

Job Duties
- Create wedding timelines for couples
- be an advocate for the couple, keeping them calm under pressure and assisting with any issues that arise throughout the day
- oversee ceremony and reception set up
- execute all day-of operations for the wedding, including presence at the venue from morning through tear down
- greet and direct all vendors
- communicate with all vendors regarding set ups
- set up seating cards, menu cards, table numbers, favors, guest book and other decor
- assist the wedding party and family with any needs, questions or concerns
- ensure end of event arrangements are made for gifts, guest book, toasting flutes, etc.
