We are currently seeking a dynamic Event Planning Manager to join our team at the Renaissance Reno Downtown Hotel & Spa. This role is pivotal in enhancing the customer experience by managing and elevating event planning services. The Event Planning Manager will be responsible for driving customer loyalty through superior service and personalized event solutions. The role demands active solicitation of new accounts and the achievement of ambitious sales goals, making it essential for the candidate to have a strong background in catering and sales. Excellent communication skills are critical to effectively interact with clients, vendors, and internal teams. Additionally, the position requires flexibility with work hours to accommodate the needs of event planning and execution. Job Requirements
