This pivotal role is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of an assigned client account, including overseeing all event activities from preparation through closeout. The Client Account Manager leads a team of supervisors and frontline staff, building strong relationships with clients and employees alike to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service at all times. The position involves staff hiring, training, development, scheduling, payroll management, and performance oversight, aiming to maintain high standards of safety, appearance, and operational effectiveness. This role demands skillful coordination of support services, adherence to contract requirements, and proactive problem-solving to meet financial and service goals. With a focus on leadership and continuous improvement, the Client Account Manager acts as a trusted liaison between the client and Allied Universal's event teams. Candidates in this role must be adept at managing multiple priorities, handling emergency situations appropriately, and maintaining ongoing communication with both clients and internal leadership. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
- Minimum of three years of event management, event operations, and/or event supervisory experience
- Experience in hiring, developing, motivating, and retaining quality staff
- Ability to build and grow customer relationships
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and complex situations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work nights, evenings, and holidays with a flexible schedule
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Supervise the day-to-day event operations and staffing of an assigned client site
- Manage a team of event supervisors and event staff including hiring/selection, scheduling, payroll, training, coaching, development and support, discipline, and terminations
- Build, improve, and maintain effective relationships with both client and employees
- Coordinate necessary support services to effectively manage client site to meet or exceed financial and operational goals and provide quality customer service
- Ensure all required reporting and contract compliance requirements are met
- Assure regular communication of issues or event with our client
- Handle any escalated security issues or emergency situations appropriately
