Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or event service
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Good physical stamina
- Willingness to drive company vehicles when necessary
Job Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Experience in event service preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Flexibility to work in indoor and outdoor environments
- Valid driver's license is a plus
Job Duties
- Set up and break down event spaces according to the event plan
- Greet guests and provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere
- Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a courteous manner
- Collaborate with event coordinators, kitchen staff, and other servers to ensure smooth event operations
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Handle any guest complaints or issues with professionalism and resolve them to the guest's satisfaction
- Assist in post-event clean-up and resetting for the next event
