Event Server - Sendero Ranch

We are seeking an experienced Event Server to join our dedicated team. This fully on-site position involves working in a dynamic environment where customer satisfaction is the top priority. The Event Server will play a crucial role in ensuring that every guest receives attentive, courteous service throughout their visit. From setting up event spaces to serving food and beverages efficiently, the server will be instrumental in creating seamless, enjoyable dining and event experiences.

The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting. The Event Server will coordinate closely with event coordinators, kitchen staff, and fellow servers to ensure smooth operations from start to finish. Responsibilities also include maintaining cleanliness, adhering to health and safety regulations, and handling guest inquiries and complaints professionally.

Working hours span from early morning at 6:00 a.m. to late evening at 11:00 p.m., reflecting the flexible and often varied schedule typical in event service. Physical stamina is necessary as the role involves standing for long periods and lifting items up to 50 pounds. Flexibility to work indoors and outdoors and the capability to adapt to the changing needs of each event are essential. Additionally, the role may require driving company vehicles when necessary.
