Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in sales or customer service
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- reliable transportation
- ability to attend local networking and community events
- excellent interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Serve as the first point of contact for guests looking to book events
- design customized party packages combining food, drinks, and attractions
- proactively engage local organizations through outbound prospecting
- attend chamber and community events to promote Urban Air brand
- follow up promptly on all event leads
- collaborate with park team to ensure excellent guest experiences
- adhere to safety, security, and sanitary protocols
