The Events/Sales Consultant role at Urban Air Reno is a pivotal position responsible for being the first point of contact and ambassador of the Urban Air brand. This role involves collaborating closely with guests to design personalized party packages that combine food, drinks, and attractions to create unforgettable experiences. The consultant will actively engage with local organizations through outbound prospecting and attend community events such as chamber meetings to enhance brand awareness and drive event bookings to the park. Success in this role requires excellent phone and computer skills, the ability to multitask effectively, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
