Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree with two years related experience or Master’s Degree with one year related experience
- experience in event planning or related field
- availability to work weekends and evenings
- excellent organizational skills
- strong decision-making ability
- ability to collaborate with diverse teams
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Master’s Degree
- experience in planning and producing goal-oriented programs or events
- demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
Job Duties
- Plan and manage multiple university events with fewer than 300 guests
- oversee invitation and theme creation
- coordinate menu design and program details
- manage event set-up and strike coordination
- provide leadership to university support staff, campus crews, and external vendors
- produce events in alignment with university standards and presidential expectations
- support the Director in planning larger, complex events
