The Sheraton brand prides itself on creating welcoming environments where guests feel a sense of belonging and connection. With over 400 communities worldwide, Sheraton offers a rich culture and dynamic workplace driven by diversity and inclusion. The Sheraton Austin Georgetown Hotel & Conference Center is committed to upholding these values while delivering exceptional guest service through its dedicated team and elegant facilities.
The Guest Experience Expert position at Sheraton Austin Georgetown is a unique and vital role focused on enhancing the guest journey from check-in to check-out and beyond. This full-time, non-management role is designed for individuals who are enthusiastic about delivering personalized and memorable service experiences. Guest Experience Experts are empowered with autonomy to anticipate guest needs, process various operational requirements, handle requests efficiently, and share local highlights that elevate the guest stay. Successful candidates will also maintain professional standards in dress, personal grooming, communication, and uphold company policies regarding safety, confidentiality, and asset protection. The Sheraton team values associates who demonstrate initiative, maintain high-quality service levels, and contribute to a safe and welcoming environment for guests and colleagues alike.
This position requires no prior related work experience or supervisory background, and while a high school diploma or GED is preferred, it is not mandatory. Sheraton International promotes a workplace of equal opportunity, embracing people from diverse backgrounds, including disabled individuals and veterans, ensuring an inclusive atmosphere where talent can thrive irrespective of protected characteristics. Joining Sheraton means becoming part of a storied tradition of hospitality excellence along with Marriott's extensive brand network. Employees are encouraged to grow both personally and professionally while actively contributing to Sheraton’s mission to be "The World’s Gathering Place."
