Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or G E D equivalent preferred
  • Ability to stand, walk or sit for extended periods
  • Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance
  • Must follow company policies and procedures
  • Maintain confidentiality and protect company assets
  • Provide professional appearance and communication
  • No prior work experience or certifications required

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or G E D equivalent preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to stand, walk or sit for extended periods
  • Ability to perform basic physical tasks such as lifting and moving light objects
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to provide excellent guest service
  • No prior related work or supervisory experience required
  • Familiarity with Marriott or Sheraton brand standards is a plus

Job Duties

  • Greet guests and provide a smooth check-in and check-out experience
  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and inquiries
  • Process operational needs including completing reports
  • Share recommendations and highlights about the local area with guests
  • Maintain a safe and welcoming work environment
  • Uphold company policies, procedures, and confidentiality standards
  • Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting, pushing, and pulling objects weighing up to 10 pounds
