Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in event planning or trade show coordination
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, ON24, Salesforce, and Splash
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to negotiate and manage vendor relationships
  • Ability to analyze event metrics and report on outcomes

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field
  • 2-5 years of recent relevant experience in event planning or trade show coordination
  • Experience collaborating with strategic B2B OEMs such as Cisco, Palo Alto, HP
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, ON24, Salesforce, and Splash
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and event details simultaneously
  • Experience with negotiation, budgeting, and vendor management desired
  • Capability to measure, analyze, and report event ROI and KPIs

Job Duties

  • Support and coordinate event planning, logistics, and execution of trade shows, exhibitions, and online events
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define event goals, target audiences, messaging, and logistics
  • Create detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure timely and on-scope event delivery
  • Assist the Director of Events with tasks related to larger scale events
  • Facilitate meetings and status updates for alignment and timely event component delivery
  • Develop and disseminate event communications including invitations, agendas, and thank you notes
  • Manage attendee registration portals and track participation and engagement metrics
