Job Requirements
- 5-7 years of relevant administrative or coordination experience
- Experience supporting executive-level programs or initiatives preferred
- Background in coordinating cross-functional projects and stakeholder management
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
- Proficiency with computer applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Job Duties
- Collaborate with regional sales leads to enhance customer experience and ensure consistency across briefing centers
- Plan and develop project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines for executive briefing initiatives with cross-functional teams
- Measure program success through data analysis and report outcomes to sales and executive leadership
- Coordinate schedules and communications between departments to support executive-level programs
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment throughout project life cycles
- Develop training or informational materials for briefing center staff as needed
- Monitor and adjust project plans to accommodate changes and improve delivery
