Job Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in retail or food service preferred
  • Ability to perform basic arithmetic quickly and accurately
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work under pressure during busy periods
  • Must be available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Valid driver’s license with safe driving record for delivery duties
  • Access to an insured vehicle for delivery purposes
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform standing for extended periods
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to following company policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • Operate all equipment efficiently
  • Stock ingredients and organize storage areas including walk-in cooler

Job Duties

  • Responsible for everything that happens during your shift including cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations
  • Set the example and follow all policy and procedures 100 percent of the time
  • Manage staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, scheduling, and store cleanliness
  • Ensure perfect store image and adherence to quality standards
  • Deliver great customer service while maintaining attendance and punctuality
  • Oversee marketing activities and profitability of the store
  • Handle transportation to and from work and maintain store profit margins
