The Event Marketer role at Leaf Home offers a unique opportunity to join the best event marketing team in North America, operating part-time across trade shows, fairs, festivals, and various community events. This position involves direct interaction with potential customers to generate qualified leads that contribute to the success of the local sales teams. As an Event Marketer, individuals will represent Leaf Home’s brand and award-winning products with enthusiasm, showcasing product benefits and effectively communicating their value at diverse events.
This role demands an outgoing and energetic personality capable of working independently while maintaining strong communication with the Event Marketing Manager. Event Marketers are responsible for meeting and exceeding lead targets through active engagement, product demonstrations, and data capture. The position includes responsibilities such as event setup and teardown, which requires physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Position details include working primarily on weekends (Friday through Sunday), with flexible scheduling to accommodate event timings. Compensation starts at $18 per hour plus commission, with paid weekly and potential increases based on performance. Job Requirements
- Ability to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Attention to detail and punctuality
- Ability to stand for extended periods at events
- Capacity to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must have a smartphone to use company timekeeping and submit leads
- Strong desire to educate potential customers about Leaf Home products
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in event marketing or sales preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties
- Attend trade shows, fairs, festivals, and community events to engage potential customers
