- Demonstrated ability to manage logistics and timelines effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience creating and managing marketing materials for events

Job Duties
- Create and manage the trade show booth design setup and materials
- Serve as primary liaison with trade show organizers ensuring all requirements are met
- Coordinate logistics and timelines for trade show preparation and execution
- Develop and manage marketing materials specific to the trade show event
- Oversee the setup and dismantle of the trade show booth
- Recommend improvements to event planning and execution to enhance effectiveness
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align trade show objectives
