The Event Management Specialist role is a contract-to-hire position that requires a dynamic individual comfortable working in an in-person setting. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in event management or related field
  • minimum 2 years of experience in event planning or coordination
  • proficiency with event management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • ability to work in-person Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively
  • capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
