  • ability to speak, read and write English fluently and clearly

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in restaurant management or supervisory role preferred
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • excellent communication skills
  • proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • ability to perform basic math calculations including addition, subtraction, fractions, and percentages
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties

  • Manages a staff of approximately three to 15 employees
  • provides on-the-job training for all employees
  • delegates and is responsible for the ordering, receipt, storage and issuing of all food, labor, equipment, cleaning and paper supplies to ensure minimal loss from waste and theft
  • assists in the supervision of preparation, sales and service of food
  • forecasts and estimates food items needed and consumed per shift
  • supervises food preparation and service operations and assists during rush periods to ensure efficiency
  • ensures worlds class customer service to every customer
  • routes deliveries and supervises drivers to maximize delivery business and speed
  • completes daily food preparation including opening and closing procedures
  • executes systems and procedures with full integrity and completeness
  • completes daily and weekly paperwork
  • responsible for 100 percent of the cash drawers during the shift
  • audits previous shift's systems and procedures for completeness
  • completes preventive maintenance and upkeep on store's equipment and supplies
  • performs other related duties as required
