We are currently seeking passionate and motivated Managers to join the Chili's team at our location at 2890 New Center Point. This is an hourly management position with a competitive salary range of $62,000 to $67,000 annually. As a Chili's Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring operational excellence, driving business results, and fostering a positive team environment. Managers at Chili's are wired for hospitality; they excel in connecting with both Team Members and Guests to create a welcoming atmosphere where everyone feels special.

In this leadership role, you will be the critical link behind delivering high-energy, memorable service during each shift, ensuring that operational standards and financial goals are met consistently. You will lead by example, embracing Chili's core culture and values such as Every Guest Counts, Food Perfection, Accountability, and the Play Restaurant spirit. Your ability to foster open communication, hold team members accountable, and quickly identify the root causes of issues will be essential to your success in this dynamic role.

You will be responsible for hiring, training, developing, and retaining Team Members while promoting and championing restaurant initiatives and changes that enhance overall service quality. Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in restaurant management or hospitality preferred
