The role of Meeting Planner / Event Coordinator at CGI involves managing the planning, logistics, and execution of corporate training meetings and events for a valued client. This full-time, on-site position demands a candidate with exceptional organizational abilities, keen attention to detail, and proven experience coordinating events in fast-paced environments. The Meeting Planner is responsible for orchestrating all event aspects, including catering, travel arrangements, and on-site support, ensuring seamless delivery aligned with company objectives, budgets, and branding standards. Working closely with internal business leaders, vendors, and client stakeholders, the coordinator develops detailed project plans and timelines that guarantee flawless event execution. The successful candidate will bring at least five years of experience in event coordination, with a track record of managing multiple simultaneous events efficiently. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, MS Teams, and Zoom is also required to foster effective collaboration and digital coordination. CGI offers a competitive compensation package ranging from $51,600 to $110,100 annually, reflecting factors such as experience, skill set, and certifications.
