We are currently seeking a Restaurant Kitchen Manager to lead our back of the house team in Colorado Springs. This role offers a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $75,000 annually, plus benefits and bonus packages. As Restaurant Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for training and educating kitchen staff on our company culture, standards, philosophies, and operational procedures to ensure an exceptional guest experience that encourages repeat visits. You will oversee food cost and labor cost controls by continuously coaching team members on cost management. Your leadership will inspire a strong, collaborative team and create a fun, energetic kitchen environment.
In addition to leading the kitchen team, you will manage inventory and ordering to ensure ample availability of quality ingredients while minimizing waste. Maintaining food quality, consistency, hygiene, proper recipe adherence, temperature, and presentation standards will be critical to the role. You will represent our kitchen leadership in weekly management meetings, driving communication and coordination between teams. Job Qualifications
- minimum of 3 years of current experience as a restaurant kitchen manager in a full service concept
- experience in high volume restaurants with over 3 million dollars in sales per year
- excellent leadership skills
- strong communication and organizational skills
- outstanding work ethic and drive to succeed
- hands-on experience with hiring, training, and developing hourly employees
- ability to maintain high levels of food quality, consistency, and hygiene
- proficiency with financials including P&Ls, inventory, food and labor cost management
