- Graduate or equivalent experience in hospitality, conferences, exhibitions, events, logistics, operations, or customer-facing roles
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Confidence working with clients in fast-moving environments
- Proactive, positive, and solutions-focused mindset
- Comfortable with flexible working hours aligned with live event schedules
- Willingness to learn event technology platforms and operations
- Full driving licence and confidence driving a company van
- Comfortable with physical tasks including loading, transporting and setting up event equipment
- Willingness to travel as required to event venues

Job Duties
- Coordinating kiosks, devices, and onsite event equipment including setup, configuration, transportation, and breakdown
- Driving the company van to transport equipment to and from client events and venues
- Supporting clients via live chat, tickets, phone, and email
- Delivering onboarding and training sessions on the platform
- Managing multiple event builds and live launches simultaneously
- Working closely with technical, production, and internal delivery teams
- Acting as a key point of contact during live events
- Troubleshooting issues in real time in fast-paced environments
- Supporting event logistics, inventory management, and equipment preparation
