The Restaurant General Manager role is fundamental to the continued success and expansion of our brand. This position focuses on three primary areas: people management, sales growth, and profitability. As a General Manager, you will lead the team by setting high standards for service and operational efficiency. Your daily responsibilities will include creating and driving sales growth strategies both inside the restaurant and through community engagement outside of the restaurant walls. You will work closely with the Director of Operations to develop and implement strategic plans that align with company goals.

Financial management is a core part of the role. You will be responsible for all profit and loss (P&L) aspects of the restaurant, requiring strong attention to detail and the ability to manage costs related to food, beverage, and labor effectively. Maintaining quality and service standards is non-negotiable, and your leadership will directly influence the dining experience and business performance.

Compensation for this role includes a competitive salary of up to $85,000, accompanied by an industry-leading quarterly bonus structure. Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3-4 years current experience as a Restaurant General Manager in full-service or upscale casual concepts
