Job Description
We are a leading entertainment and hospitality company specializing in providing exceptional food and beverage services across multiple premier entertainment venues in the Colorado market. Our company is committed to delivering unforgettable live event experiences through meticulous operational management and outstanding guest service. With a focus on large-scale concerts, festivals, sporting events, and other high-volume entertainment offerings, we pride ourselves on being industry leaders in live event concessions operations. Our dedication to quality, safety, and operational excellence distinguishes us as a top choice for venue partners and event attendees alike.
We are currently seeking a hands-on, highly organized Multi-Venue Live Event Concessions Operations Manager to oversee food and beverage operations across several of these premier venues. This unique role is not your traditional restaurant management position. Instead, it focuses on managing the intricacies of live event food operations, ensuring seamless execution during high-energy events where timing, efficiency, and quality are paramount. The position demands a strong operational leader who excels in fast-paced, high-pressure environments and can uphold the highest standards of food safety and compliance.
The role requires overseeing multiple entertainment venues throughout the region, traveling between locations as needed to maintain operational consistency and support event execution. You will serve as the primary operational leader during live events, managing teams, coordinating staffing, and ensuring that every concession meets company standards and partner expectations. Your leadership will be vital to creating memorable guest experiences during concerts, festivals, sporting events, and special gatherings.
As the Multi-Venue Live Event Concessions Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of approximately 30 event staff members, focusing on recruitment, hiring, scheduling, and retention. Creating seasonal staffing plans and fostering a culture of accountability and professionalism will be key. Your expertise in food safety, sanitation, and health regulations will guarantee compliance across all shifts and venues, ensuring that proper food handling, storage, and safety procedures are rigorously followed.
Managing inventory and logistics is another critical aspect of this role. You will oversee product availability for all events, coordinate deliveries and storage, monitor food usage and waste, and communicate supply needs to leadership. Operational excellence is paramount; you will ensure proper opening and closing procedures, utilize and improve operational checklists and systems, oversee equipment functionality, and maintain detailed event logs to document all operational activities.
The ideal candidate has over three years of restaurant, concessions, catering, hospitality, or food service management experience, preferably with multi-unit or high-volume operational leadership. Experience in live events, sports venues, amphitheaters, or high-volume quick service restaurants is highly desirable. A strong understanding of food safety regulations, labor management, scheduling, and operational logistics is essential, alongside the ability to remain calm and decisive in high-pressure situations. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, combined with a self-motivated and independent work style, are critical for success.
This role offers a competitive salary based on experience, a monthly travel allowance, career growth opportunities, and a dynamic work environment centered around some of the region's most prestigious entertainment venues. If you are passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences and thrive in a fast-moving, event-driven setting, this leadership position provides significant autonomy and the chance to influence live event food operations on a broad scale.
