Job Requirements
- Two plus years of experience in event planning, hospitality, customer service, or a related field
- strong client-facing communication and relationship management skills
- proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team
- proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- willingness to travel up to 10 percent and work flexible hours including occasional evenings or weekends

- bachelor’s degree in hospitality, event planning, or a related field preferred
- project management experience preferred
- experience managing vendor contracts and budgets preferred
Job Duties
- Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to understand event objectives, scope, and requirements
- plan and manage events from initial concept through post-event evaluation
- develop and manage event timelines, budgets, and logistics including venue selection, catering, décor, transportation, AV, marketing materials, and staffing
- serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, venues, and event participants throughout the planning process
- lead pre-event meetings and coordinate all operational details to ensure successful execution
- manage vendor contracts, purchase orders, and invoices
- oversee client and guest experience before, during, and after events
