Job Requirements

  • Two plus years of experience in event planning, hospitality, customer service, or a related field
  • strong client-facing communication and relationship management skills
  • proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • willingness to travel up to 10 percent and work flexible hours including occasional evenings or weekends

  • willingness to travel up to 10 percent and work flexible hours including occasional evenings or weekends
  • bachelor’s degree in hospitality, event planning, or a related field preferred
  • project management experience preferred
  • experience managing vendor contracts and budgets preferred

Job Duties

  • Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to understand event objectives, scope, and requirements
  • plan and manage events from initial concept through post-event evaluation
  • develop and manage event timelines, budgets, and logistics including venue selection, catering, décor, transportation, AV, marketing materials, and staffing
  • serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, venues, and event participants throughout the planning process
  • lead pre-event meetings and coordinate all operational details to ensure successful execution
  • manage vendor contracts, purchase orders, and invoices
  • oversee client and guest experience before, during, and after events
