Flexibility in work hours, including the possibility of evenings or weekends, is necessary to accommodate event schedules. Preferences for candidates include a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Event Planning, or related fields, along with project management experience and proven expertise in handling vendor contracts and financial oversight.
