The role of Premium Club and Catering Manager at Delaware North Sportservice involves overseeing the Lexus Club and all catering functions at the KeyBank Center. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced hospitality manager to be part of a passionate team dedicated to creating memorable guest experiences during game days and events. As Premium Club and Catering Manager, you will hire, train, and lead a skilled food and beverage team, schedule and coordinate event day operations, and ensure the highest quality in guest service and safety standards. You will work closely with both front and back-of-house management teams to ensure smooth and effective event execution.
This full-time position offers a base salary of $62,354 per year, with additional income potential through an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. This compensation package reflects Delaware North's commitment to rewarding dedicated and skilled professionals who contribute to the company’s success. The manager will be responsible for financial oversight including budgeting, cost control, and inventory management, making independent decisions based on data analysis to optimize operations.

Job Requirements
- Minimum of two years' hospitality management experience
- Strong managerial and team-building skills
- Experience with inventory, cost control, and purchasing
- Financial management accountability and budgeting experience
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to analyze data and make decisions independently
- No degree required

Job Duties
- Hire and train food and beverage team members for the catering and clubs department
- Schedule, coordinate, and supervise the clubs and catering team members and operation on event days
- Provide ongoing job performance feedback to team members
- Partner with front and back-of-house management to ensure event day operations are effective and successful for guests and team members
- Handle guest relations and ensure quality assurance standards are maintained
- Follow and maintain safety and sanitation procedures
- ensure proper repair and maintenance of food service equipment
- Prepare monthly projection reports
- ensure effective systems for cash, inventory, and payroll are in place
