The ideal candidate will have at least a high school diploma or equivalent, possess both a TABC and Food Handlers Certificate, and have at least one year of experience as a banquet server or captain. Previous supervisory experience is preferred. The role requires excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to multitask, work independently, and remain flexible during events that may take place during nights, weekends, or holidays.

Physical demands include standing for extended periods and working in environments with potentially loud noise. The position demands close vision for quality control in food services.
