Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years experience in high-volume food and beverage management
- Ability to work weekends and evenings
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Capability to manage inventory and labor cost controls

Job Duties
