Job Requirements
- Minimum of three years experience in transportation or warehouse distribution
- Minimum of one year experience overseeing a workforce
- Must have strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to interpret financial and operational data
- Knowledge of DOT requirements and regulatory compliance
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to frequently drive vehicle and spend time on road
- Occasional lifting and physical activity as described
- Basic computer proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Willingness to travel up to 10 percent for meetings and training
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of three years experience in transportation or warehouse distribution
- Minimum of one year experience overseeing workforce
- Experience as a driver is a plus
- Broad knowledge of transportation operations, methods, and procedures
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to develop people effectively
- Familiarity with DOT regulations, inventory control, OSHA, and related compliance
- Ability to interpret financial and operational data
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
