We are currently seeking a passionate and highly motivated Associate Hospitality Leader to join our dynamic team and contribute to driving service and operational excellence within RH Hospitality. This role is a critical part of our Property Leadership Team and demands a dedicated individual who is both a strategic thinker and a hands-on leader. Reporting directly to the Hospitality Leader, the Associate Hospitality Leader will work in close partnership to flawlessly execute the RH vision, inspire team members, and champion the delivery of an extraordinary guest experience that exceeds expectations.

Job Requirements
- 3+ years previous hospitality leadership experience in a high volume full-service restaurant or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proven ability to manage financial performance with leadership guidance including labor and food costs, inventory controls, and resource planning
- Expertise in computer systems including Microsoft Excel, Inventory Management systems, Micros Point of Sale or equivalent system, and email communication
- Proven ability to work autonomously while making strategic decisions and collaborating effectively across all levels of leadership
- Candidates must have legal authorization to work in the country in which they are applying at the time of application
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and variable shifts as needed
- Frequently moving and lifting items up to 50 lbs using appropriate techniques and equipment
- Work standing and walking for extended periods of time
Job Qualifications
- 3+ years hospitality leadership experience in high volume full-service restaurant or equivalent experience
- Proven ability to manage financial performance including labor and food costs, inventory controls, and resource planning
- Expertise in computer systems including Microsoft Excel, Inventory Management, Micros Point of Sale or equivalent, and email communication
- Strong autonomous decision-making skills and effective collaboration across leadership
- Legal authorization to work in the country of application
