Job Description

RH Hospitality is a globally recognized leader in the hospitality industry with over 20 years of extensive experience worldwide. We take pride in curating and expanding a distinguished portfolio of restaurants nestled within our renowned Design Galleries around the globe. Our mission is to seamlessly blend the comforting feel of home with the exceptional service of hospitality, thus creating an immersive and integrated environment that captivates guests and fully embodies the premier RH lifestyle. This unique approach has positioned RH Hospitality as an innovative force, continuously raising the standards of guest experience and operational excellence in each of our locations.

We are currently seeking a passionate and highly motivated Associate Hospitality Leader to join our dynamic team and contribute to driving service and operational excellence within RH Hospitality. This role is a critical part of our Property Leadership Team and demands a dedicated individual who is both a strategic thinker and a hands-on leader. Reporting directly to the Hospitality Leader, the Associate Hospitality Leader will work in close partnership to flawlessly execute the RH vision, inspire team members, and champion the delivery of an extraordinary guest experience that exceeds expectations.

The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments and demonstrates an enthusiastic commitment to developing others professionally. By fostering a culture that upholds our signature dining room service standards, this role not only supports operational success but also promotes the professional growth of team members through structured training and real-time guidance. Responsibilities extend to shaping the strategic direction of the hospitality service, spearheading recruitment and hiring efforts, and building a cohesive, high-performing team aligned with RH's vision.

Operational excellence is a core element of this role, requiring the Associate Hospitality Leader to uphold rigorous quality and safety standards across all hospitality spaces. This includes ensuring regulatory compliance and providing actionable feedback when necessary. The role also involves managing financial performance by overseeing labor and sales reports, implementing effective resource planning strategies to boost overall revenue, and creating optimized team schedules that elevate both business operations and client experience.

In the absence of the Hospitality Leader, the Associate Hospitality Leader will assume full leadership responsibilities to maintain seamless execution of daily operations and team alignment. This position offers a unique opportunity to engage directly with guests and team members, acting as a key resource to guarantee a smooth and exceptional service environment. With an emphasis on strategic leadership, operational savvy, and team development, this role is pivotal in continuing the legacy of excellence that defines RH Hospitality.
