This particular travel nursing opportunity is for an RN Case Manager specializing in Acute Care Case Management based in San Leandro, California. This 13-week travel nursing assignment offers a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week with 8-hour day shifts, beginning on August 24, 2026. As a travel nurse RN Case Manager with MedPro, the role centers around coordinating patient care in acute care settings, acting as a vital link between patients' families and healthcare providers.
