Aramark is a leading provider of food services, facilities management, and uniform services, proudly serving millions of customers worldwide across 15 countries. The company is rooted in service and driven by a purpose that emphasizes making a positive impact on employees, partners, communities, and the planet. Aramark is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace where every employee is given equal employment opportunities regardless of race, color, religion, gender, or any other protected status. Their mission highlights their dedication to doing great things collectively and fostering a work environment that encourages professional growth and personal development.

The position available is for a Catering Services Worker, a vital role within Aramark's event operations team. This hourly role pays $28.00 and offers a chance to be part of a dynamic team that ensures successful catering services and events. The Catering Services Worker is responsible for supporting and executing various aspects of event setups, including transporting essential equipment, food, and supplies to venues, setting up furniture such as chairs and tables, and arranging buffet lines as per client requests and banquet orders. The role also involves direct interaction with guests by serving food and beverages, replenishing supplies during events, maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of food service areas, and ensuring a smooth breakdown and clean-up once the event concludes.

This role requires a high level of customer service skills, the ability to work independently under limited supervision, and a readiness to work flexible event-based hours. Safety and hygiene are critical components of this role, with mandatory compliance to safety policies, food handling, and alcohol service training. Physically, this position may involve lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended periods of walking or standing, and may require the use of uniforms and personal protective equipment.

Aramark provides a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision coverage, retirement plans such as 401(k), work/life resources, paid parental leave, and disability coverage. This package varies by location and eligibility but reflects the company’s commitment to supporting its employees' well-being and work-life balance. The Catering Services Worker role is an excellent opportunity for individuals with previous customer service or catering experience seeking to grow their career in a supportive and fast-paced environment.
