Job Requirements

Must be 16 years or older
Ability to read and write at a 9th grade level
Availability to work full-time or part-time shifts including mornings, evenings, weekdays, and weekends
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and customer service skills
Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
Must be reliable and punctual

Job Qualifications

Must be 16 years or older
Ability to read and write at a 9th grade level
Previous experience in dining service or hospitality is a plus but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

Play a vital role in delighting the residents in the dining room for breakfast, lunch, and dinner
Serve meals with a smile and attention to resident needs and preferences
Assist residents with meal selection and accommodate special dietary requirements
Maintain a clean and organized dining area
Report any resident concerns or special needs to management or healthcare staff
Collaborate with kitchen and care staff to ensure smooth dining operations
