This role is for full-time or part-time hourly restaurant dine-in food and beverage Servers, Waitresses, or Waiters. These team members are the core of the guest experience in the scratch kitchen environment. Their primary responsibility is to provide an individualized, exceptional guest experience by demonstrating superior customer service skills and hospitality expertise. In this position, team members anticipate and exceed guests' expectations through personalized interactions and professional service. They must have a thorough knowledge of the restaurant menu to assist guests effectively, guiding them through their dining experience, taking and serving orders, and processing payments efficiently. The role requires understanding the restaurant's seating layout, server areas, and coordination for timely food delivery within the premises. This position offers competitive pay starting at $16.90 per hour plus tips, with flexible scheduling options tailored to accommodate various availability. P.F.
