We are currently seeking a highly motivated, customer-focused Room Service Server to join The Mission Inn Hotel & Spa team. In this role, you will be responsible for taking guest orders over the phone and delivering food and beverages to guest rooms promptly and accurately. A successful Room Service Server at The Mission Inn possesses excellent knowledge of the menu, the preparation methods of each dish, the wine list, and hours of operation for various food and beverage outlets. Additionally, being familiar with the hotel layout and amenities is vital to providing seamless service.

This role involves collecting orders from the kitchen, ensuring accuracy, and delivering them efficiently to guests while maintaining the highest standards of service etiquette and professionalism. The Room Service Server will also handle signed checks, daily sales reconciliation, and assist with the collection and proper breakdown of trays after guest use. Maintaining cleanliness in appearance, equipment, and work areas is essential to preserve the property’s esteemed reputation.

Job Requirements
