Our team is composed of individuals who strive for excellence, seek continuous growth, and foster a culture of mutual respect and genuine care. With properties all over the world, Four Seasons is celebrated for creating unforgettable experiences for guests, residents, and partners alike by combining world-class service standards with heartfelt hospitality. We believe that the key to delivering these exceptional guest experiences lies in providing a stellar employee experience supported by a positive and inclusive company culture. At Four Seasons, we embrace the philosophy of treating every person as we wish to be treated, whether they are team members, guests, or partners. Our commitment extends to recognizing familiar faces, welcoming new ones, and forging meaningful connections that enrich lives.

The Four Seasons Hotel in Philadelphia stands as the city’s first Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star Hotel, redefining modern luxury with breathtaking views and impeccable service. Guests can enjoy a serene escape with healing crystal therapies at the Five-Star Spa, take a refreshing dip in the 57th-floor infinity-edge pool overlooking the city, and indulge in exquisite fine dining curated by Michelin-starred Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten alongside inventive dishes by local James Beard Award-winning Chef Greg Vernick. Situated in the heart of Philadelphia, the hotel embodies the spirit of Brotherly Love, offering a meticulously curated guest experience that blends elegance, comfort, and personalized attention.

We are currently seeking an In-Room Dining Server to join the Four Seasons Philadelphia food and beverage team. Managing tray and table removal efficiently is part of the role, as well as accurately closing guest checks, securing room numbers and signatures, and properly handling voided or complimentary meals. Anticipating guest needs and responding to any concerns promptly and courteously are pivotal aspects of this position.
