Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private school founded in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, is currently seeking married couples to serve as flex houseparents. In this role, couples will provide nurturing guidance to a group of students in a family-like environment within the school’s supportive residential setting.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from underserved settings; legally married for at least two years; both spouses age 27 or older; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; valid driver’s license; comfortable leading students in daily devotions; comply with campus policies (smoke-free, weapon-free, no alcohol on duty); limit on pets (only fish and one approved breed dog); complete individual employment application; demonstrate high integrity as role models for students
