Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School (MHS) is a renowned private school providing career-focused education and housing to students from pre-K through 12th grade from disadvantaged backgrounds. Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; legally married for at least two years; both spouses age 27 or older; no more than three dependent children in the student home; abide by campus regulations including a smoke-free and weapon-free policy, restrictions on pets, and no alcohol while on duty; valid driver’s license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; demonstrate high integrity as a role model for students; both spouses must complete individual employment applications.
