Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

The Youth Development Specialist position involves married couples serving as flex houseparents, creating a nurturing environment and acting as role models for disadvantaged youth in a family-like setting on campus.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; both spouses must be legally married for at least two years and aged 27 or older; no more than three dependent children in the student home; valid driver’s license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans; must be able to lift up to 50 lbs; high degree of integrity and ability to lead students in daily devotions; smoke-free and weapon-free campus policy; comfortable leading students to Sunday chapel services; complete individual employment applications for both spouses
