Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private educational institution founded in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, is seeking Youth Development Specialists to serve as flex houseparents for groups of 8-12 students from disadvantaged backgrounds. Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; two-person job for legally married couples of at least two years, both spouses aged 27 or older; up to three dependent children allowed in student home; valid driver’s license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans; comfortable leading students in devotions and chapel services; lift up to 50 lbs; high degree of integrity and role model behavior expected; both spouses must complete individual employment applications.
