Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

The Youth Development Specialist position at Milton Hershey School involves married couples residing on-campus as flex houseparents, nurturing and guiding a group of 8-12 students in a family-like environment.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably in under-served settings; both spouses age 27 or older; legally married for at least two years; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; valid driver’s license; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and to Sunday chapel services; adhere to campus regulations on alcohol, smoking, weapons, and pets; must demonstrate high integrity and be a role model for students
