Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School is a renowned private educational institution providing career-focused education and comprehensive support to students from disadvantaged backgrounds. They are currently seeking married couples to serve as flex houseparents, offering a nurturing family-like environment for groups of 8-12 students on campus.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; legally married for at least two years; both spouses aged 27 or older; high school diploma or GED required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; demonstrate a high degree of integrity; valid driver’s license; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and chapel services; completion of individual employment application
