Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School is a renowned private educational institution founded in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey. The school provides a comprehensive career-focused education, including housing, meals, and all expenses covered, for students from pre-K through 12th grade coming from disadvantaged backgrounds.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; couples must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses should be age 27 or older; no more than three dependent children allowed in the student home; must be able to lift up to 50 lbs; valid driver’s license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services; candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity as role models for students
