Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private school founded in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, is seeking married couples to become flex houseparents, providing guidance and support to students from disadvantaged backgrounds. Flex houseparents offer a family-like structure for 8-12 students, ensuring their well-being and daily activities on campus.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; couples must be legally married for at least two years; both spouses age 27 or older; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; valid driver’s license; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and to Sunday chapel services; both spouses must complete individual employment applications; high degree of integrity required as role models for students
