Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; couples must have been legally married for at least two years, both spouses aged 27 or older; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; valid driver’s license; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services; both spouses must complete an individual employment application; no more than three dependent children in the student home; abide by campus regulations (smoke-free, weapon-free, no alcohol on duty); limitations on pets (only fish and one approved dog breed); must demonstrate a high degree of integrity as role models for students.
