Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

The Youth Development Specialist role involves married couples serving as flex houseparents, offering a nurturing environment for 8-12 students and guiding them in personal development and education within a family-like structure on campus.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; legally married for at least two years; both spouses aged 27 or older; high school diploma or GED; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; high degree of integrity; valid driver’s license; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and to Sunday chapel services; limit of three dependent children in the student home; smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol permitted on duty; limitations on pets (only fish and one approved breed dog); both spouses must complete an individual employment application
