Position: YMCA Mill Hollow Kitchen Manager
About: The YMCA of Northern Utah, a leading nonprofit organization dedicated to youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility, is seeking a dedicated and positive Kitchen Manager to maintain a supportive and welcoming atmosphere for staff and campers during the seasonal operations.
Requirements: Minimum 21 years of age; High school diploma or equivalent; Serve safe certificate required; Ability to work within a budget and purchase supplies efficiently; Knowledge of and experience in food service including ordering, inventory, budgeting, food preparation, and cleaning; Positive attitude and ability to build a cohesive team; CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications required; Meet the YMCA of Northern Utah Driver Requirements; Previous experience working with children and staff in a camp setting preferred; Previous experience working with diverse populations; Ability to develop positive, authentic relationships with people from different backgrounds; Commitment to inclusion and compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)
