Position: WSKY Cheyenne – Kitchen Manager
About: A restaurant in Southern Nevada is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Kitchen Manager to oversee the financial and operational performance of the establishment, ensuring adherence to operational standards, policies, and procedures. The Kitchen Manager will lead a team focused on providing excellent food quality, upholding food safety standards, and maximizing profits through collaboration with the Front of the House.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; 2 to 3 years of Chef experience preferred; 3 to 5 years of food and beverage service industry experience; Open availability for all shifts, holidays, and weekends; Working knowledge of general restaurant operations, including personnel management, food planning and preparation, purchasing, par levels/daily and monthly inventory, sanitation, health codes, and security; Strong understanding of Profit and Loss Statements; Ability to manage operating costs within budgets; Familiarity with ordering systems and restaurant software; Demonstrated honesty, integrity, and leadership skills; Obtain and maintain food handler’s certification card and Non-Gaming Card; Computer literacy skills; Ability to lift 45 lbs; Passion for coaching and developing others; Comfortable setting priorities and delegating tasks; Extremely organized and detail-oriented; Strong interpersonal and communication skills; Commitment to achieving 100% customer satisfaction
