Position: World Cup Planning Program Manager
About: The City of Redmond, a thriving and culturally diverse community with over 80,000 residents, is seeking a World Cup Planning Program Manager. This position will lead efforts to create a memorable experience for residents and visitors by showcasing Redmond’s connectivity and diverse culture during the FIFA World Cup 26 matches hosted in Seattle. The role involves coordinating internal and external teams, fostering community engagement, branding Redmond as a regional destination, and ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a program-related field; five years of experience in community organizing, project management, marketing, or economic development; public sector experience preferred; valid Washington State driver’s license may be required
