Requirements: Customer-service oriented; Flexible schedule with the ability to work some evenings and occasional Saturdays; Display honesty and integrity; Have a 2.5 GPA; Experience with Microsoft Office; Ability to stay calm under pressure; Have good listening and communication skills, including ability to send properly formatted and easily read emails
