About: Forrest Solutions is seeking a polished, proactive, and high-energy Workplace Concierge to support our prestigious financial services client onsite at their Washington, DC office. This role involves taking full ownership of the office experience, serving as the primary onsite point of contact, and ensuring seamless operations in a fast-paced environment without onsite facilities leadership.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 3+ years of office administration, hospitality, or concierge-level support experience, ideally in a corporate or financial services setting; polished, executive-ready demeanor; self-motivated work ethic with strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail; proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and calendar/scheduling tools; excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong time management and flexibility to adapt to shifting needs
