About: The Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach, located on 22 acres along Waikiki’s widest stretch of beach, is looking for a dedicated Working Sous Chef to join their team. As part of the iconic Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach, this role is integral to the culinary operations of the hotel.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary degree or relevant certification preferred; proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a hospitality setting; strong understanding of culinary techniques and kitchen operations; ability to lead and train kitchen staff effectively
