Position: Workforce Management Analyst
About: This position is for an Analyst Planner at a company specializing in workforce planning strategy and movement. The Analyst Planner will be responsible for short and long-term workforce planning for special management rotations, maintaining relationships with Operational Leaders and Shipboard Partners, and providing solutions for workforce scheduling services. The role involves coordinating logistics for sign-on/off processes, ensuring readiness with shipboard staff, effective communication with various stakeholders, and compliance with regulations and company policies related to workforce planning.
Requirements: Knowledge and experience in business analytics; Knowledge of automated human resources and workforce planning systems; Previous professional experience in workforce planning, analytics, par level planning, scheduling, and logistics services; Knowledge of world geography, immigration, and visa requirements for seafarers; Ability to apply HR policies and practices; Strong planning and prioritization skills; Proficiency in optimization techniques and problem-solving; Working knowledge of statistical tools for forecasting; Effective communication skills in a multinational environment
