Position: Woodspring Suites Chandler Phoenix Medical Center – Assistant General Manager OEM
About: As our Assistant General Manager, you will be a key player in ensuring guest satisfaction and the efficient operation of our hotel. In the absence of the General Manager, you’ll supervise various departments and focus on achieving hotel profitability through revenue generation, cost control, and the development of associates. Our ideal candidate is a natural leader with excellent problem-solving and communication skills, committed to maintaining high standards and supporting hotel operations. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in a hotel management role preferred; strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills; ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment; knowledge of revenue management, cost control, and guest satisfaction practices
